Origami

This project is a concept design study of the acoustic product for Knoll. We’re using origami technic to make this modular wall/ceiling system of cut and folded acoustic fiber composite with wool felt covering.

The variable form of origami gives enough flexibility to this product. We explored dozens of possibilities of how this assembly could be formed of, tend lean toward to several simple and clean designs.
